Understanding the different subscriptions
Logging into Power BI Services
Understanding and managing workspaces

Module 2 : Report Publishing and Sharing

Publishing a report
Using Power BI Services bookmarks
Sharing a report and managing shares
Generating a QR code for easy sharing

Module 3 : Data Management

Creating/managing and using datasets
Importing and managing workbooks

Module 4 : Dashboards and Applications

Reports vs. Dashboards
Managing and sharing dashboards
Defining tile details on dashboards (title, subtitle, last refresh time, etc.)
Managing favorites
Creating applications

Module 5 : Updates, Import, and Security

Setting up automatic updates
Export options (*.csv, *.pdf, *.ppt, etc.), printing, and embedding
Managing security (RLS: Row Level Security)
Using Gateways or Data Flows

Module 6 : Smartphones and Administration Options

Power BI App for smartphones and tablets (notes, Cortana, alerts, etc.)
Creating and managing alerts (and operational conditions!)
Platform settings (interface language, ArcGIS, Cortana activation, Q&A suggestions, etc.)
Basic platform administration options (customizing help and tenants)
