Deactivate, delete\/close a user account<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Using Online Collaborative Tools<\/strong>\r\n\r\nModule 1: Online Storage and Productivity Applications\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Understand the concept of online storage solutions and identify common examples<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify the limitations of online storage like size limit, time limit, sharing restrictions<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Upload, download, delete online files, folders<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Understand that common productivity applications can be accessed via the web. Identify common examples of web-based productivity applications like: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify features of web-based productivity applications: allows files to be updated by multiple users in real-time, allows files to be shared<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Create, edit and save files online<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Share, unshare a file, folder to allow other users to view, edit, own a file, folder<\/li>\r\n \t<li>View, restore previous versions of a file<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nModule 2: Online Calendars\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Share a calendar.
