Identify the needs of your employees <\/h2>\n\n

As stated above, it is important to take stock of the training needs of your employees. You should know that there are 2 types of needs: <\/p>\n\n

  • Collective needs:<\/strong> these are needs that seek to improve an entire team or even a department. This may concern a work process or other; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Individual needs:<\/strong> as the name suggests, this type of need refers to the improvement wishes of a particular employee. This can be raised during a professional interview or otherwise. An individual need can also be the result of a gap or deficiency that has been identified after a change in position, a promotion, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Establish training priorities and a training plan <\/h2>\n\n

    You now have all the information you need to start developing your training plan! Think of transcribing your data on an Excel file or a specific software to make it easier to read. <\/p>\n\n

    In any case, be aware that the list of needs must be prioritized. In order to establish priorities, you must take into account a few particularly important criteria: <\/p>\n\n

    • Urgency and importance: prioritize needs that are both urgent and important. This means that these needs cannot wait any longer and that they have a major impact on the company’s development. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
