Prerequisites

Typical tasks and problems encountered by a project or test manager.
Planning, controlling, and monitoring software tests in your projects.

Module 3: Test Reviews

Introduction to test planning documents according to international standards.
Relationships between defect, risk, and test management.

Module 4: Defect Management

Collect and use quality data and error statistics for decision-making on product release.
Manage defects throughout the project lifecycle.

Module 5: Improving the Test Process

Different forms of organizing software tests and their advantages and disadvantages.
Continuous improvement of test processes using improvement models like TMMi and TPI Next.

Module 6: Skills and Team Composition

The tester’s role in the company and the necessary professional and social skills.
Building, motivating, and communicating within test teams.

Module 7: Preparation and ISTQB® Advanced Level – Test Manager Certification Exam

Comprehensive review of covered topics.
40-question multiple-choice exam with a duration of 60 minutes.
Final exam.
