The training starts with device enrollment in Intune: automatic enrollment for Azure AD-joined Windows devices, enrollment profiles for iOS and Android, and bulk enrollment scenarios. You will learn to organize devices with dynamic groups, assign configuration profiles and monitor device compliance status from the Intune admin center.
Device management includes remote actions (lock, wipe, restart), hardware and software inventory, and troubleshooting tools for resolving enrollment and policy issues.
Compliance policies define the security requirements that devices must meet: minimum OS version, encryption, PIN complexity, threat detection. The training teaches you to create compliance policies for each platform, configure non-compliance actions (notification, access restriction, device retirement) and integrate compliance with Azure AD conditional access to control access to corporate resources.
