Resource management is one of the strengths of Microsoft Planner Premium. The course teaches you to assign resources to tasks, track their workload and identify overloads. Cost management lets you build a project budget and track its financial execution.
Multi-project consolidation opens the way to an overall view, enabling you to manage several projects consistently, share resources and produce aggregated reporting for management or steering committees.

Do I need to take the collaborative management course before advanced project management?
Knowledge of the collaborative level of Planner Premium or an equivalent planning tool is recommended. Taking the MSPM-20 course is not mandatory, but practical project management experience will make it easier to grasp the advanced concepts.
Does Planner Premium replace a dedicated project management application?
Planner Premium covers a large part of project management needs for standard projects: timeline, dependencies, critical path, baseline and costs. For very complex projects requiring fine-grained resource management or levelling, a dedicated project management tool may remain relevant. ITTA offers specific courses on those tools.
Does the course cover cost management?
