Description

The Support Technician installs and troubleshoots hardwares and softwares. He guarantees the continuity of the service provided by the IT tools. He can intervene on site or remotely and trains user to good practices. He must respect procedures, methods of intervention, qualitative and quantitative indicators defined through service contracts.
