Description

This training consists of a comprehensive approach to the 3 flagship softwares from Adobe suite. It aims to under­stand the role of each software and help attendees to use them efficiently. Amongst the topics covered during this “hands-on” training you will deal with: treatable file formats; problems associated with printing and on-screen displays; basic picture repairs and enhancements; Illustrations, logo and pictogram creation; application of professional effects; basis to document layout; a practical approach to typography and text formatting; a digest of the common terms employed in web, graphical design and print industry; an approach to the 2 software “accessories” of Creative Cloud, the indispensable Bridge and Acrobat

Adobe Creative – Softwares for modern visual communication

  • Module 1: Softwares intents: layouts, illustrations, pictures treatment
  • Module 2: Which software for which kind of files : Adobe Bridge
  • Module 3: User Interfaces of the 3 softwares : similarities and differences

PS – 1 : Basic of pictures corrections and photo-compiosition

  • Module 4: Images sizes and dimensions, resolution, cropping and resizing
  • Module 5: Improving pictures:: contrast and tonal adjustments
  • Module 6: Repairing pictures: Patch, Healing Brushes, Clone Stamp tools
  • Module 7: Selection Tools and their modes; saving a selection
  • Module 8: Creating layer by copy; special Layers: Adjustments Layers
  • Module 9: Photo compositing with Layers and Layers Styles
  • Module 10: Typographic tools and masking
  • Module 11: Automated functions: stacking multiple pictures; stitching a panorama

AI – 1 : The basis of vector graphics creation

  • Module 12: Technics to select vector paths
  • Module 13: Creating a basic illustration with shapes tools; combining shapes
  • Module 14: Anchor points and the Pen tool; paths creation and modification
  • Module 15: Import and edit bitmap graphics; converting bitmaps to vector paths
  • Module 16: Choosing, applying colors and color theme with the Swatches panel
  • Module 17: Adding text to an illustration; using Layers to organize front- and background objects
  • Module 18: Saving and exporting for web and print

  • Module 19: The Extra mode: inspecting an existing document
