Transition from ITIL® 4: a simplified path

Good news for already certified professionals. ITIL® 4 certifications remain fully recognized by PeopleCert. They serve as prerequisites for accessing advanced ITIL® Version 5 modules.

With an ITIL® 4 Foundation, it is possible to move directly to higher modules. A one-day Bridge module also exists for a quick update. For holders of designations such as ITIL® Managing Professional or ITIL® Strategic Leader, specific transition paths are available. The ITIL® Transformation module is central to all designations and only needs to be taken once.

An accessible and globally recognized exam

The ITIL® Foundation Version 5 exam is a closed-book multiple-choice test of 40 questions. The duration is 60 minutes. It is currently available in English. Other languages will follow progressively. The certificate is valid for three years and can be renewed through the PeopleCert CPD program.

What is the difference between ITIL® 4 and ITIL® 5?
