In large-scale projects, business analysis plays a vital role in project success. Our course aims to highlight the role of the Business Analyst in an agile project and enable them to apply their skills effectively.

Module 4: Skills and qualifications of a BA
Module 5: Introduction to agile practices for the Business Analyst
Module 6: Correspondence between technical “classic” and “agile” BA
Module 7: Practical Practices part of the discovery: “What and Why”
Module 8: Practices concrete frame of delivery: “How and When”
This training prepares for the Certification in Agile Analysis exam (IIBA-AAC).
The Agile Analysis certification exam, formulated from the Agile extension of BABOK®, consists of 85 multiple choice questions determined on scenarios and duration 2 hours.
