- Why and how flex the 6 aspects of performance of a project (time, cost, scope, quality, risks, benefits)
Module 3: Stating Up a project and Initiating a project
- Determine what needs to be adapted at PRINCE2® level, how and to which extend
- Focus on outcomes rather than on outputs
- Define epics and releases
Module 4: Organisation, roles and responsibilities
- Embed PRINCE2® and Agile roles to ensure a good communication, delegation, decision-making, and delivery
Module 5: Using Agile
- Evaluate to which extent project’s context is ready to apply agile ways of working
Module 6: Scrum
- Introduction to the Scrum agile framework
Module 7: Plan, Progress and Quality
- Develop and evaluate (grooming) the Product Backlog
