Module 2: Overview PRINCE2® and Agile blending
- Understand the purpose and the context for combining PRINCE2® and agile ways of working
- Why and how flex the 6 aspects of performance of a project (time, cost, scope, quality, risks, benefits)
Module 3: Stating Up a project and Initiating a project
- Determine what needs to be adapted at PRINCE2® level, how and to which extend
- Focus on outcomes rather than on outputs
- Define epics and releases
Module 4: Organisation, roles and responsibilities
- Embed PRINCE2® and Agile roles to ensure a good communication, delegation, decision-making, and delivery
Module 5: Using Agile
- Evaluate to which extent project’s context is ready to apply agile ways of working
Module 6: Scrum
- Introduction to the Scrum agile framework
Module 7: Plan, Progress and Quality
- Develop and evaluate (grooming) the Product Backlog
- How to monitor progress and to communicate current status
- Manage quality (user stories, definition of “done”)
Module 8: Controlling a stage, Managing stage boundaries, Directing a project and Closing a project
- Determine how to deal with PRINCE2® execution and control processes
- Frequent releases, review, retrospective
Module 9: Kanban method and Lean Start-up
- Introduction to the Kanban Method and to the Lean Start-up agile framework
- Preparation for the examination
