The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner training allows you to combine the strengths of both PRINCE2® and Agile methodologies to manage your projects flexibly and efficiently. This certification is designed for professionals looking to adapt to rapid changes while maintaining a solid structure for their projects.

What is a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner?

A PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner is a professional capable of applying PRINCE2® principles while using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification enables you to know when and how to adapt these methods to improve time, cost, quality, and risk management in your projects. This program combines rigor with flexibility, ensuring projects remain organized while being responsive to change.

Why choose the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification?

Is the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification really useful? Absolutely. It is highly regarded in various industries for its ability to offer an adaptable yet robust framework. You will learn how to adjust traditional PRINCE2® processes to Agile environments, a highly sought-after skill by employers. As a PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, you will be able to optimize flexibility without compromising structure, a critical asset in complex environments.

Differences between PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile

While PRINCE2® focuses on rigorous project management, PRINCE2 Agile® adds a layer of flexibility. The Agile version allows you to respond to frequent changes during the project, integrating Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban. The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner training helps you understand this distinction and master the balance between structure and agility.
