Additional Information

Why follow a self-confidence training

Self-confidence and self esteem are quiet but critical skills in professional life. They condition the ability to express oneself, take initiative, accept feedback and grow. This course offers a structured approach for those who want to lay the foundations of stable confidence, far from techniques of forced positivism.

Identify your resources and strengths

Lack of confidence often stems from poor knowledge of one’s own resources. Through guided exercises, you map out your concrete successes, transferable skills and personal qualities. A first step that already shifts perception of self.

Work on self talk

The voice we use to address ourselves directly conditions confidence. The course details cognitive behavioral mechanisms for spotting limiting thoughts (« I’m not capable », « they will judge me ») and reformulating them constructively. A toolkit you take with you long after the course.

Develop assertive expression

Assertiveness is the art of expressing oneself respectful of self and others. Saying no, expressing a divergent view, asking for clarification, giving feedback: these everyday gestures rest on simple but trainable techniques. The course explores them in role plays.

Anchor calm in difficult situations

Public speaking, disagreement with a manager, group presentation: these moments often trigger physiological reactions. The course teaches you breathing, posture and centering techniques to keep your composure when it counts.
